• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in ModMyLook
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription Terms

ModMyLook offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Automatic renewal of subscription unless cancelled
• Payment processing through your chosen payment method
• Cancellation at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
• Access to premium features during active subscription period

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload to ModMyLook. By uploading content, you grant us permission to process and store your images solely for providing our services. We do not share your personal images with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ModMyLook or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use ModMyLook.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
